Reserving for Click & Collect:
- We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss any part exchange or finance requirements if required and arrange a convenient date for your visit.
- We will fully prepare the car for you so it’s ready to drive away on the day.
- Nobody else can buy the car prior to your visit.
- Provided you are completely satisfied, pay and drive it away.
- If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your exclusivity fee (subject to our T&C’s) or arrange to address any issues.
- If you have already viewed this vehicle with us at our premises and are arranging exclusivity to confirm your intention to purchase we will be in contact with you to collect an enhanced deposit and send you an order form to be completed and returned within 24 hours.
Reserving for Buy Online with Delivery:
- We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss any part exchange or finance requirements if required and provide a quotation for delivery which we will arrange on your behalf.
- If you are happy to proceed we will send you an Order From to be signed electronically.
- We will then make the arrangements to have the car delivered to you.
