Should you have a vehicle you wish to part exchange or require finance please let us know during this conversation so we can obtain a provisional valuation on any p/x or get a finance agreement in principal prior to you travelling. You can also to this on our Part Exchange Page and Finance Page if you wish.
You can choose to see the car at our sales offices either in Chichester West Sussex or, by special arrangement only, in Gerrards Cross West London. You can then either leave a deposit and collect within 7 days or take the car on the day should you wish to proceed. (Viewings at our Gerrards Cross office require the vehicle to be reserved in advance via our website).
Lunchtime Test Drive:
We also offer a lunchtime test drive facility within 5 miles of our Chichester office where we will meet you at your work address during your lunch hour to allow you view the vehicle and have a test drive (subject to availability).
Reserve In Advance:
Our website allows you to reserve the vehicle that is of interest to you 24 hours a day affording you the time to arrange your viewing, finance or vehicle inspection safe in the knowledge that the vehicle will not be sold out from under you for up to 7 days. This can be done either on our website (look out for the 'Reserve Car' tab under the price on the car's page on our website) or you can call us on 01243 914914 and one of our sales team will be happy to arrange exclusivity for you.
Are we are too far away?
Alternatively if Chichester is to greater distance from your address you can arrange to view the vehicle of interest at our West London sales office subject to advance payment of exclusivity fee. Please call us on 01243 914914 to arrange a viewing in West London.
Buy from Home.
If both our offices are too distant or you are unable to travel you can purchase the car from home. As we do not usually sell vehicles this way we require that you have an AA or RAC inspection done prior to any purchase so you have an independant description of, and mechanical report on, the vehicle on which to base your purchasing decision. You can then either collect, arrange to be collected or we can arrange, on your behalf, to have the car transported at your cost from our Chichester Head Office to the address you have nominated the car is to be registered.
Please note that as we only very occasionally undertake transactions this way, despite them all having been successful, we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, if you choose to not view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under any 14 day cancellation period.
Ways to pay:
Cash (up to a maximum of £2500.00 in any one transaction. Excess amounts to be settled by any of the methods below)
UK issued Personal Debit or Credit Card (no maximum per transaction. Vehicle can be released once card authorisation code is obtained). No additional fees apply.
All other cards including UK Business Credit & Debit and all other Non UK Issued cards Additional admin charges apply. Charges vary so please enquire to confirm.
Bank Transfer (no maximum per transaction. The vehicle cannot be released until the cleared funds for the full amount are showing in our collection account)
Vehicle Finance (either arranged through us or by yourself. The vehicle cannot be released until the cleared funds for the full amount are showing in our collection account)
