Our level of customer service is available to customers seeking vehicle diagnostics and service / repairs too.
We are a specialist VW/Audi/SEAT & Skoda diagnostic centre with access to both specialist VW/Audi diagnostic technology and also the VW Group ODIS system, which is the same as used by the VW/Audi/SEAT/Skoda main dealers.
This means we are a manufacturer approved independent workshop with full manufacturer supported diagnostic hardware and software with access to the same programming technology and guided fault-finding that the VW group main dealers have, meaning that we can perform software updates, ECU coding, Navigation enabling and updates and replacement car key supply and coding / programming.
Once we have made a specialist diagnosis, should your vehicle require any maintenance, servicing, mechanical work or MOT testing, this can easily be arranged by us or by utilising our network of trusted partners who undertake all works at their locations under our strict supervision.
Our initial full vehicle diagnostic service costs just £90.00 where we will interrogate all the factory fitted ECU’s on your Volkswagen Group vehicle at our Chichester office and provide you with a printed report, along with repair recommendations based on the faults recorded.
We also offer the vehicle diagnostic above with an hour of guided fault-finding and subsequent repair recommendation for £204.00.
Our labour rate for specialist service starts from just £95.00 + VAT per hour.
If either the work required, the vehicle demands it (if it is an RS or R8 model) or if you wish to have the certainty that your vehicle has been attended to by the most qualified and experienced technician then our Master Technician Elite labour rate is £180.00 + VAT per hour.

Considering that some Audi dealers are charging up to £242.00 + VAT per hour and for that you may get an apprentice working on your vehicle, for £62.00 less per hour you get the certainty of an extensively experienced and qualified Master Technician caring for your car if you book our Elite service with us.
All operations to be conducted by our Master Technician will be undertaken at a facility in Reading in Berkshire. We can arrange for you to present the vehicle there yourself, or we can arrange the logistics on your behalf.
When you arrange for any work on your vehicle through us, we will always give it an inspection. If any issues are found in addition to the work that was programmed, we can send you a personal video of the items that need attention or a detailed email with the option for you to either accept or reject our quotation for repair.
We also are able to offer our Air Conditioning Services for all makes and models for both R143a and R1234yf gasses.
All service and diagnostic bookings are by prior appointment.
Service Bookings:
We will agree a date and time for you to drop your vehicle to our offices, and we will call you 24 hours prior to your booked service to confirm timings. Based on the anticipated time planned for the work you require to be completed, we will then agree a date and time for your collection.
Diagnostic Bookings:
We will agree a date and time for you to present with your vehicle to our offices, and we will call you 24 hours prior to your booked diagnostic to confirm timings. We will then perform the diagnostic while you wait and provisionally discuss the findings with you.
If we are unable to reach you or confirm times when we contact you 24 hours beforehand, we will have to reschedule your booking.
As we have invested heavily into dealer level diagnostic equipment and software, we are able to offer our technical expertise to your workshop. Have you changed a component on a VW Group vehicle and found that the new unit requires adaption? Have you changed a water pump and found that you cannot bleed the cooling system correctly? Does your customer require a replacement key that requires matching to the vehicle? We can come to you and assist you at your workshop.
