Booking your service or diagnostic visit is easy. We offer flexible appointment times to fit your schedule:
Service Bookings: We will agree on a convenient date and time for you to drop off your Škoda. We will also confirm the time 24 hours prior to your appointment and arrange for collection once the service is complete.
Diagnostic Bookings: You can present your Škoda for diagnostic checks at a scheduled time. After completing the diagnostic, we will discuss the findings with you and provide recommendations.
If we are unable to reach you or confirm times when we contact you 24 hours beforehand, we will have to reschedule your booking.
